Liz Kedich ~ Managing Partner/Broker
Raleigh resident since 1988, Liz has seen the Raleigh area evolve and has always had a passion for all areas of Real Estate. She IS our North Raleigh Real Estate Expert! Clients appreciate her “direct” approach she uses while assisting them in purchasing, selling or managing their properties.

Currently overseeing the Property Management Division, she is also an active Realtor/Broker for her well-referred clients.  She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, The North Carolina Association of Realtors, and the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors.

Allison Rodrigues ~ Realtor/Property Manager
Relocated from Jacksonville, Florida with her husband, Flavio, and son, Mateus. Allison is a certified paralegal from Florida, and spent 8 years in title and real estate litigation. She has also worked in Workers Compensation, Social Security Disability, Immigration, and Civil Litigation.  She is enjoying seeing the "front end" of real estate transactions and trying to keep Liz sane. Allison is enjoying getting to know the Triangle with her family, especially since they enjoy being outdoors.

Allison advanced her Real Estate career by obtaining her Real Estate License and is now a member of the National Association of Realtors, The North Carolina Association of Realtors, and the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors!

Michael Keith ~ Realtor/Rental Showing Broker
Michael is a North Carolina native, he resides in North Raleigh, and is very familiar with the wake county area.  He specializes in working with buyers and tenants in the Triangle Area, and especially in investment real estate.
He enjoys meeting new people, and finding the perfect homes for his clients, as well as helping them to create life long and successful investment portfolios for his investor clients.

Sheila Chester ~ Office Manager
Born in Syracuse, NY and Lived 35 years in San Francisco Bay Area before moving to the Raleigh area in 2000.

Very experienced managing offices, which also included bookkeeping, payroll and personnel.  On several occasions assisted with setting up offices for new companies.  In CA Sheila and her husband spent a lot of time with friends enjoying sports – from bowling to taking our dune buggy through the back country from Auburn, CA to Tahoe or just camping and hiking through CA and Nevada

Came to Raleigh to be closer to family and worked for another real estate firm as administrator/bookkeeper before joining the Golden Realty Team.  At the same time enjoying the wonderful people and weather in NC and bringing up 2 rescue cats that have her very well trained.
